Error Analysis pairs nicely with Post the Answers.  Error Analysis guides students to consider not just which items were right or wrong but WHY they were wrong.  This process may help them identify repeated mistakes, gaps in their understanding, or something they've misunderstood.

The Error Analysis process holds students accountable to really doing the work--made up or copied answers won't be enough to complete the form.  And when a student corrects a missed problem, they then have to justify WHY that answer is correct.
